Los Angeles Angels designated hitter Jorge Soler has received a four-game suspension for his involvement in a benches-clearing altercation with the Atlanta Braves. He will miss the final two games against the New York Yankees and the first two against the San Diego Padres. Initially suspended for seven games, Soler appealed the decision. Braves pitcher Reynaldo López also had his suspension reduced from seven to five games after the incident, which involved punches being thrown on April 7.
