LOS ANGELES
Brock Stewart, the Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher recovering from right shoulder surgery, is set to begin a minor league rehab assignment with the Class-A Ontario Tower Buzzers. After only four appearances for the Dodgers since joining from the Minnesota Twins, Stewart has been on the injured list and is expected to need most of the 30 days allowed for rehab to regain his form. Manager Dave Roberts indicated that Stewart’s return could lead to discussions about bullpen adjustments as other pitchers like Will Klein and Edgardo Henriquez have performed in lower-leverage situations.
