Robert Saleh is enhancing his Titans roster by signing former Jets quarterback Hendon Hooker and running back Michael Carter. Hooker, a third-round pick by the Lions in 2023, joined the Jets’ practice squad before briefly appearing in games for Detroit, while Carter played two seasons for the Jets before his release and a stint with the Cardinals. Saleh, who had a challenging tenure with the Jets, aims to revitalize the Titans after their disappointing 3-14 season. He has also brought in several New York-area players, including former Giants talent.
