Former Cy Young Award winner Trevor Bauer has signed with the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League, set to be the starting pitcher on April 21 against the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars. Ducks President Michael Pfaff expressed excitement about Bauer’s addition, highlighting his talent and role in engaging fans through in-game commentary. Bauer, who previously played in MLB for 10 seasons, joins the Ducks after stints in Japan and Mexico following a 194-game suspension from the Dodgers. The Long Island Ducks, established in 2000, are a prominent team in the Atlantic League, known for their strong attendance and history of player advancement to MLB.
