Mary Crippen, a third-grade teacher in Miami-Dade County, has created an innovative curriculum that integrates NFL themes to teach core values like courage and respect alongside math and reading. Her impactful approach earned her the first-ever Award of Character from the Pro Football Hall of Fame, presented by Hall of Famer Dwight Stephenson and the Payton siblings.
