According to CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones, the Jacksonville Jaguars are not expected to use the franchise tag this year on potential candidates LB Devin Lloyd or RB Travis Etienne. The franchise tag for Lloyd would be around $28 million, which is deemed unfeasible by the team. While the transition tag for Etienne is an option at approximately $11.7 million, Jones would be surprised if the Jaguars utilized it. Both players are set to become unrestricted free agents in 2026.
