The Los Angeles Lakers have traded Gabe Vincent and a 2032 second-round pick to the Atlanta Hawks for Luke Kennard. Vincent, who was signed in the 2023 offseason, has struggled with injuries and will be a free agent this summer. Kennard, averaging 7.9 points with a 49.7% three-point shooting rate in 20.5 minutes per game, became expendable after the Hawks’ trade of Trae Young. He signed a one-year, $11 million deal with Atlanta in the offseason.
