Pleasant, who is 38 years old, began his coaching career in 2012 at Michigan and has since worked with the Browns, Washington, and the Rams. He has also served as the Lions’ defensive backs coach and passing game coordinator before returning to the Rams. Pleasant was elevated to assistant head coach last offseason.
