The Green Bay Packers and head coach Matt LaFleur have reached a multi-year contract extension, as reported by Tom Pelissero of NFL Media. Despite speculation about his future, the team had no serious intentions of parting ways with LaFleur, who has a record of 76-40-1 and six playoff appearances since joining in 2019. The Packers are now looking to extend the contracts of GM Brian Gutekunst and EVP Russ Ball. LaFleur’s new deal signifies a strong commitment rather than a prove-it arrangement.
