The Carolina Panthers have waived safety D’Anthony Bell, who joined the team late in the season on an expiring contract, giving him a head start in the market. Bell, 29, originally signed with the Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2022 and played three seasons with them before a brief stint with the Seahawks. In 2025, he appeared in 14 games, recording 15 tackles and half a sack. His release allows him to explore new opportunities ahead of free agency.
