Two additional teams, the Titans and Falcons, have requested interviews with 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh for their head coaching vacancies, following the Cardinals’ request earlier this week. Saleh, who previously served as the 49ers’ defensive coordinator from 2017 to 2020 before coaching the Jets, will be available for virtual interviews after the 49ers’ game against the Eagles on Sunday. He was let go by the Jets in 2024 with a 20-36 record and returned to the 49ers after a consulting stint with the Packers.
