The Baltimore Ravens have dismissed head coach John Harbaugh after 18 years following the team’s failure to reach the NFL playoffs, finishing with a losing record of 8-9. Despite having two-time MVP Lamar Jackson, Baltimore reached the AFC Championship game only once in recent years. Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti expressed deep respect for Harbaugh in his statement regarding the decision.
