Defensive lineman Keion White is also questionable with a groin injury but returned for limited practice. A win will secure the NFC West title and home-field advantage in the playoffs. If Williams cannot play, Austen Pleasants will start in his place, while other key players, including tight end George Kittle, are expected to participate.
