The Colts are set to start rookie Riley Leonard at quarterback for their final game of the season against the Texans after previously starting Philip Rivers for three games. This change follows Indianapolis’s elimination from playoff contention. Rivers, who trained with Leonard before coming out of retirement, praised Leonard’s work ethic and potential, stating he believes Leonard can succeed in the NFL. Leonard, a sixth-round draft pick, has played in four games this season, throwing for 145 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions.
