Merrill Kelly has signed a two-year, $40-million contract to return to the Arizona Diamondbacks after a brief stint with the Texas Rangers. The 37-year-old right-hander, who has spent most of his seven-year MLB career with the D-Backs, posted a 4.23 ERA in 10 starts with Texas.
