Raiders head coach Pete Carroll announced that quarterback Kenny Pickett will start in Week 15 against the Eagles, filling in for Geno Smith, who is sidelined due to a shoulder injury. Pickett, who previously played for the Steelers, has completed 10 of 14 passes this season for 105 yards and one touchdown. After trading to the Eagles and later to the Browns, he was acquired by the Raiders this season. Pickett was the 20th overall pick in the 2022 draft and was the 2021 ACC Player of the Year.
