Right-hander Robert Suarez has signed a three-year, $45 million deal with the Atlanta Braves, filling a crucial bullpen role alongside Raisel Iglesias after Edwin Diaz departed the Mets for the Dodgers. With Suarez, a two-time All-Star boasting a 2.87 ERA and 76 saves since 2024, off the market, the Mets will now consider alternatives like Pete Fairbanks, Kenley Jansen, and Kirby Yates for their bullpen needs.
