The 49ers will be without defensive starters linebacker Tatum Bethune and defensive end Sam Okuayinonu for their Week 15 game against the Titans due to high-ankle sprains. Backup linebacker Nick Martin is also out due to a concussion. Curtis Robinson is expected to fill in for Bethune, while veteran Eric Kendricks, who has a calf strain, will not be elevated from the practice squad. Additionally, defensive lineman Yetur Gross-Matos and quarterback Kurtis Rourke remain inactive.
