Dan Campbell has taken over play-calling from John Morton, leading the Lions to a strong offensive performance against the Commanders, but faces a challenge without tight end Sam LaPorta, who is on injured reserve. LaPorta, a key player with 40 receptions and 489 yards, will miss at least four games, and Campbell is confident in tight ends Brock Wright and Ross Dwelley stepping up against the Eagles.
