The Brewers placed right-hander Brandon Woodruff on the 15-day injured list due to a right lat strain, retroactive to Sept. 18, impacting his potential return for the NLDS on Oct. 4. With Woodruff out, the Brewers’ playoff rotation is uncertain, relying on pitchers like Freddy Peralta and Quinn Priester, while lefty Robert Gasser is set to start in his absence.
