Chelsea is reportedly preparing a £14m bid for Ecuadorian defender Deinner Ordonez, following Liverpool’s successful acquisition of their former youth player, Rio Ngumoha. Ordonez, a promising 15-year-old from Independiente del Valle, is seen as a key target for Chelsea as they seek to bolster their defense, similar to previous deals for talents like Moises Caicedo.
