The Minnesota Twins have outrighted long reliever Erasmo Ramírez to Triple-A St. Paul after designating him for assignment to make room for Taj Bradley. Ramírez, who has experience and good control, recorded a 3.00 ERA in 11 innings over nine appearances this August, and if he accepts the assignment, he will remain with the organization until becoming a free agent in the offseason.
