The Blue Jays have signed eighth overall pick JoJo Parker to a $6.2MM bonus, slightly below the $6.81MM slot value. A highly regarded 6’2″ infielder from Mississippi, Parker is expected to transition from shortstop to potentially third base or a corner outfield, while his twin brother Jacob will attend Mississippi State after being drafted by the Diamondbacks in the 19th round.
