Duchene sticks with Stars on 4-year, $18M deal


The Dallas Stars have re-signed forward Matt Duchene to a four-year, $18 million contract, announced by general manager Jim Nill. Duchene, who was the team’s leading scorer last season with 82 points, will have a $4.5 million salary cap hit, and enters his 17th NHL season after previously playing for multiple teams including Colorado and Nashville.
