Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh, 61, underwent a cardiac ablation and hip replacement surgery during the offseason and reported being in “tip-top shape” afterward. Following a diagnosis of atrial flutter during a game on October 13, he sought medical attention on October 14, leading to medication and a two-week heart monitor to assess his irregular heartbeat. The hip surgery has alleviated a significant limp he had experienced for years, and Harbaugh noted that doctors found nothing wrong with his heart health, stating he received an “A-grade” from them.
