Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson received a single fifth-place vote in the 2024-25 NBA MVP voting, tying for 10th place with James Harden and Evan Mobley. The top two vote-getters were Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who won the award with 71 first-place votes, and Nikola Jokic, while Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jayson Tatum rounded out the top four. Brunson averaged 26 points, 7.3 assists, and 2.5 rebounds over 65 games and was named an NBA All-Star starter and Clutch Player of the Year.
