The Minnesota Twins have sent struggling pitcher Simeon Woods Richardson to Triple-A St. Paul following a poor performance against Baltimore, where he allowed six runs and eight hits in four innings. Woods Richardson, 24, has a 2-2 record with a 5.02 ERA in eight games this season, failing to complete six innings in any outing and facing a .295 batting average against him. Reliever Kody Funderburk, who pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings in the doubleheader, will replace Woods Richardson on the roster as the Twins extend their winning streak to 10 games.
