Former Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart is projected to be selected no later than the ninth overall pick in the upcoming draft, with New Orleans Saints head coach Kellen Moore expressing interest in him. In the 2024 season, Dart led the SEC with 4,279 yards, achieving a 69.3% completion rate and throwing for 29 touchdowns against six interceptions. As Saints quarterback Derek Carr’s shoulder injury may affect his availability for the 2025 season, the team’s options at quarterback are limited to Spencer Rattler, Jake Haener, and Ben DiNucci.
