Hunter Manning, a standout pitcher for West Ranch High, has transitioned from a challenging freshman year at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame to a more convenient routine, allowing him to play with friends and thrive on the field. He recently struck out 12 batters in a key game against Hart, with catcher Nolan Stoll calling the pitches, a partnership that has led to impressive results despite Stoll’s commitment to Stanford. Manning, who will pitch for UC Irvine in the fall, is determined to find a way to take Stoll with him, highlighting their strong on-field chemistry.
