San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey reported that he enters the offseason program with “zero restrictions” and is “feeling great” after a challenging 2024 season marked by injuries, including bilateral Achilles tendinitis and a PCL knee injury. McCaffrey aims to participate fully in the voluntary offseason program, having led the NFL in rushing yards and scrimmage yards in 2023, earning Offensive Player of the Year honors. Quarterback Brock Purdy attended the session, while tight end George Kittle was absent, both players entering the final year of their contracts.
