Jake Knapp made history on the PGA Tour by carding a 59 at the Cognizant Classic, just one stroke off the record. Starting with five consecutive birdies, Knapp finished with 11 birdies and narrowly missed a chance at a PGA Tour-record 57. His impressive round on the challenging Champion Course at PGA National gave him a three-stroke lead over Daniel Berger, Russell Henley, and Jesper Svensson.
