Keon Ellis: Won't return Thursday

Ellis suffered a right ankle injury during the third quarter of Thursday’s game against the Rockets and will not return. The Kings have ruled him out for the remainder of the game, with further tests needed to determine the extent of the injury. Ellis was injured after stepping on Domantas Sabonis’ foot, forcing him to leave the game early.
