According to Ian Rapoport, Colts RB Jonathan Taylor has signed a two-year, $44 million extension with Indianapolis, nearly all of which is guaranteed ($39 million). The deal, which can reach a maximum value of $47 million, was finalized quickly after Falcons RB Bijan Robinson reset the market. Taylor, a former second-round pick, was entering the final year of his rookie contract and is coming off a season with 1,585 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns. His base salary for 2026 is set at $11.98 million.
