LT Andrew Thomas demonstrated strong performance in one-on-one drills but faced a false start penalty, prompting a brief benching. The starting defense struggled, conceding three consecutive touchdowns to the second-team offense, with S Tyler Nubin notably caught out of position. WR Jalin Hyatt, fighting for a roster spot, excelled as a punt gunner and caught a touchdown pass from Jameis Winston. Minor injuries affected Dru Phillips and several other players, but the team remains optimistic about Phillips’ condition.
