The Indianapolis Colts recently held tryouts for defensive backs Ricardo Hallman, Zech McPhearson, and Mekhi Rodgers, as well as wide receiver Jakobie Keeney-James, according to the NFL’s Official Transaction Wire. Following the tryout, the Colts signed Rodgers, who was an unranked recruit in the 2022 class and began his collegiate career at Division III Hobart College. He later transferred to Saint Francis and then to James Madison, where he recorded eight tackles and one pass defended in 2025.
