After a standout performance in the NBA Summer League, Arthur Kaluma has secured a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. He averaged 17.3 points and 3.7 rebounds during the summer league, showcasing his potential as a professional player. To accommodate Kaluma, the Lakers are expected to waive Peter Suder, who was occupying one of their two-way spots. Kaluma previously played for Creighton and the South Bay/Coachella Valley Lakers, demonstrating his skills in the G League as well.
