Philadelphia Phillies reliever Brad Keller has been diagnosed with a UCL tear in his right elbow, likely sidelining him for the remainder of this season and a significant part of 2027 if he opts for surgery. The 30-year-old has a 4.02 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, and leads the team with 13 holds over 32 appearances this year. Keller was signed to a two-year, $22-million contract after a successful 2022 season with the Chicago Cubs, where he recorded a career-best 2.07 ERA.
