Belgian second-tier club Eupen has signed German-Congolese striker Ba-Muaka Simakala from Azerbaijani side Araz Naxçivan to enhance their promotion prospects. Simakala, a product of Borussia Monchengladbach’s youth system, has had a varied career, most notably scoring 19 goals in a season with VFL Osnabruck.
