Together with her late husband Bob, she helped bring the NFL back to the city in 1999, with the Texans debuting in 2002. Goodell praised her generosity and commitment to community, emphasizing her lasting impact on both Houston and the NFL. Cal McNair, their son, currently serves as the Texans’ Chair and CEO.
