Go Ahead Eagles are reportedly close to signing Manchester City left back Tomas Galvez on a permanent deal, as he prepares to leave the club without making a senior appearance. The 21-year-old, who has previously been on loan at Cambuur and LASK, performed well during his time at Cambuur, contributing four assists in 37 games and helping the team gain promotion to the Eredivisie. Galvez will take the place of Aske Adelgaard, who was sold to FC Twente. He is eligible to represent both England and Finland.
