The Miami Dolphins have signed first-round cornerback Chris Johnson, as reported by Tom Pelissero. Johnson was selected 27th overall in the 2026 NFL Draft after a standout career at San Diego State, where he recorded 152 tackles, 14 passes defended, and six interceptions over 47 games. With this signing, all but one of the Dolphins’ draft picks have been secured. Johnson, 21, was a consensus All-American in 2025 and a Jim Thorpe semifinalist.
