Last week, Jordan Schultz reported that the team received trade inquiries regarding Sweat, who has missed OTAs for unclear reasons that are not injury-related. Sweat is reportedly dissatisfied with his contract, earning $19 million annually, which places him 22nd among his position. The 29-year-old, a former fourth-round pick, had a strong 2025 season, recording 12 sacks and various other defensive statistics.
