The Rams have signed second-round tight end Max Klare to a four-year rookie contract, making him the third of their five draft picks to sign. Klare, selected with the 61st overall pick, previously played three seasons at Purdue and transferred to Ohio State, where he earned first-team All-Big Ten honors. He joins tight ends Colby Parkinson, Tyler Higbee, and Terrance Ferguson on a team that utilized multiple tight ends on nearly 40% of their plays last season. Over his collegiate career, Klare recorded 116 receptions for 1,329 yards and six touchdowns.
