The Chicago Bears are set to sign running back Salvon Ahmed to a contract, as reported by Jordan Schultz. Ahmed, 27, suffered a severe ankle injury last year while practicing and ended the season on injured reserve. He previously played for the Dolphins, where he recorded 61 rushing yards and two total touchdowns in eight games during the 2023 season. Ahmed has also spent time with the 49ers, Broncos, and Colts throughout his career.
