Vancouver Canucks prospect Danila Klimovich will not be heading to the KHL, as confirmed by his agent, Dan Milstein. Despite rumors of a potential signing, Milstein labeled them “fake news” and reiterated that the KHL is not being considered at this time. Klimovich, who has played for the Abbotsford Canucks since the 2021-22 season, is currently a restricted free agent with his contract expiring in 2026. He reached career highs last season with 25 goals and is tied for the franchise’s all-time goals record.
