The Cleveland Browns have signed second-round safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren to a rookie contract. McNeil-Warren, a three-year starter at Toledo and a second-team All-American in 2025, was selected with the 58th pick in the 2026 draft. He recorded impressive college stats with 214 tackles, five interceptions, and nine forced fumbles over 48 games. With this signing, the only remaining unsigned draft pick for the Browns is first-round wide receiver KC Concepcion.
