Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton confirmed that quarterback Bo Nix is expected to participate in the team’s mandatory minicamp in June and should be at “full speed” for training camp in July. Payton noted that Nix is recovering well from follow-up surgery on his fractured ankle, but the team will take a cautious approach with him. Nix injured his ankle during the divisional-round victory over the Buffalo Bills and missed the AFC title game. The Broncos’ OTAs are scheduled for June 2-4 and June 9-11, with minicamp from June 16-18.
