Adam Schefter reports that the Tennessee Titans have signed first-round wide receiver Carnell Tate to a four-year contract. Tate, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, was a five-star recruit and helped Ohio State win the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship. He recorded 121 receptions for 1,872 yards and 14 touchdowns during his college career. With this signing, the Titans have now completed contracts for all but two of their draft picks.
