The Cleveland Browns have hired former Jaguars GM Trent Baalke in a consultant-like role, as reported by Matt Zenitz. Baalke, 60, began his career as a personnel scout and rose through the ranks, serving as GM for the 49ers and Jaguars, where he had mixed success. He earned Executive of the Year honors in 2011 with the 49ers but was fired by the Jaguars in 2022 after a disappointing tenure. His records include a 57-31-1 mark with the 49ers and a 25-43 record with the Jaguars.
