Defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence II of the New York Giants has requested a trade, citing dissatisfaction with his contract and the team’s management. However, Jaguars GM James Gladstone indicated no current interest in acquiring Lawrence, as the Giants are not looking to trade him. New Giants coach John Harbaugh expressed a desire to keep Lawrence, acknowledging the complexities of contract negotiations. Lawrence, a three-time Pro Bowler, is under a four-year, $90 million extension signed in 2023.
